Ryan Richards grew up in the Upper Valley and has strong ties to the community. Before he began his work at the HIV/HCV Resource Center, Ryan worked with at risk youth in residential treatment facilities for four years. He has held a number of different jobs, ranging from working as a residential counselor, to a classroom teacher. Professionally he is committed to maintaining an open mind to new ideas and approaches to support our clients in getting the best of what there is to offer. He believes through working in a collaborative process with each client, goals can be achieved. Ryan says his intent "is to work WITH people honestly, and genuinely to have clients feel empowered to succeed in attaining their needs.

He is an outdoor enthasist and very proud of his Upper Valley heritage.
